We had good stay. Two nights, two queen mattress, one room, family with two kids. Clean room, no smell, wifi, tea/coffee maker, clean towels, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, A/C(cool and heat), refrigerator, morning cleaning service, iron press, free parking. Price is reasonably low compare to others. No drinking water, No kitchen, around 12km away from Niagara falls state park.

Only spent one night but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, room had a Roku TV (which I appreciated), water pressure was really nice, AC was fairly quiet compared to any other motel room I've stayed in, staff was pleasant. Toiletries, like most places, were provided.

I loved the friendly staff since the moment I stepped into the office to check in (unfortunately i didn't ask the front desk man name, but for sure he's such an amazing and charismatic person Thank you if you see this). The room is pretty comfortable. The beds are so good after a long day visiting the Niagara Falls. It has everything you need to rest. And it's not far away, just like 10-15 minutes from there.

It was a great location, close to a the shopping places we wanted to go to . It is nothing fancy, a place to sleep . It was clean .

I liked the cleanliness and also the manager was very friendly and helpful. Do not go by the outside. Inside, the rooms are renovated and clean. Would stay again!

Location is really good, wallmart, outlets, restaurants and the falls are really close. Amrish, the guy in the frontdesk, is a really cool person always willing to help.
